Implementation Process
Pre-meeting
In accordance with the inquiries made in advance, a dedicated consultant will be assigned for a one-on-one consultation regarding the implementation of Aimos.
On-site Inspection
To ensure precise assessment, we verify the installation space of Aimos's edge hardware. Based on on-site measurements, we provide support for optimizing Aimos's settings.
Hardware Installation
Based on the on-site inspection results, we install the edge agents at the actual site and conduct performance testing by experts.
On-boarding Program
We customize the Aimos portal to suit the specific needs of each member company, providing API integration guides and technical support to ensure seamless compatibility with existing systems.
Guided Training
We conduct guideline training for inspectors to facilitate a smooth transition to Aimos, enhancing business continuity and proactively preventing issues that may arise during the initial stages of adoption.
Maintenance/Support
We provide free maintenance and support for any defects and errors related to the use of Aimos for up to one year.
